About Me

Doris attended the University of Benin, where she obtained an LL. B in 2006 and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2008. She received an LL.M in International Commercial Law from Northumbria University, Newscastle, United Kingdom, in 2010.

Experience

Her experience is founded on legal knowledge gained in the following sectors;

She has handled complex contracts from inception, discussion and negotiation phases to drafting, vetting, and mutual closure, as well as subsequent administration, management and documentation assignments.

Doris specializes in corporate commercial law, legal drafting and advisory, company secretariat, corporate registration, set up and licenses (local and international), corporate restructuring, general corporate practice, commercial and property matters.
